A week before the first treatment, I had a consultation with Jade where she did a patch test to see how my skin would react and explained everything properly, including all the dos and don’ts before the session. Jade was sweet and super patient throughout the whole process. She also went through the aftercare really clearly afterwards. I’ve already noticed an improvement after just one session since my hair responds really well to laser.

From the very first consultation through to aftercare, the experience has been outstanding. Every step of the process was clearly explained, every question answered with patience and care, and communication throughout was excellent. The treatment itself was brilliant and the whole team made the experience feel completely comfortable and reassuring. Genuinely cannot fault a single thing. We began with a detailed consultation for my eye area, where she recommended a bespoke combination of threads and filler, which she carried out herself. Her technique is flawless, but what I appreciate most is her holistic approach—she also suggested Exilis and Morpheus8 treatments, which are performed by Natalie, who is incredibly skilled.
